Already Upgraded to Premium Long Ago - Will My Fees Go Up?Asked by Marfieldcom on August 04, 2015 at 01:49 PM
I received the message below. However, we already upgraded to JotForm Premium months ago.
Aren’t we already locked in with the premium fee of $9.95/mo?
Or are our fees going up on August 15?
Your chance to upgrade is here: Special limited time offer!
Close your eyes and try to imagine a world where the prices you pay now would never rise a single cent. Now open your eyes!
We wanted to let you in on a special deal: upgrade to one of our paid plans now and lock low rates forever — even as we restructure our prices for everyone else in August.
We're going to keep the new features coming, promising you the easiest way to build forms, design themes, collect payments, and much more.
So what do you say?
Upgrade with a lower price today!
Upgrade today and secure it forever!

Sorry about the confusion. That email was actually only intended for free users.
You will keep your existing low prices as long as you wish to keep you subscription. All existing subscriptions are grandfathered. The new prices only apply to new subscriptions.
So, no, you don't have to do anything else to lock in the low prices. You already have them.
I'm a free user and did not get this email. By accident I saw it on your website today.
Is there a way to lock the price to 9.95 if I need the Premium plan only for a few month/ year so I don't have to pay at all during the month with very little submissions and 9.95 during the month with more than 100 submissions?
This is not really clear to me.
With the new prices I wouldn't have chosen Jotform for my forms.
@Kailash108, I have moved your post to a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/640854 where we will be answering it shortly and yes, you did not get the email because you have unsubscribed from our emails, but I will write more about that on your thread.
