How did my order form get deleted?

    Can you please give us a bit more details in order to be able to see what might have happened to it?

    It would be useful if you have the direct url of the form for us to check out and search by.

    Today when I was testing my newsletter slated to be sent before 2 PM, I found no active link to our Jotform order form. The form was missing from our website no matter how I approached the site. Our IT guy restored it to working condition and orders are currently arriving as usual. He said I had deleted it when I removed all the orders from last week by deleting submissions as I do each week. I did nothing unusual and can’t find where I was even here yesterday in the history. Can you tell me what happened please? If it happens again, and he is unavailable, are you available to help restore it?

    I checked the website on the URL you had provided

    and I can see the embedded JotForm on it.

    When I checked the form I found that it belongs to a different account/username than what you have used here.

    The form owner is TheShrimpConnection

    I also checked the form's submission data and I look like everything is fine. I can see the existing submission data of the form.

    Are you also the owner of the account TheShrimpConnection ?

    If you are, you can also just login to the account at  and check the submission data.
