    Forward link to charge customers to Stripe dashboard

    Currently, the Stripe integration requires us to log into JotForm to capture pre-authorized payments.

    We need to integrate Stripe into a form so that the payment is pre-authorized. However, we want the pre-authorization to be immediately generated in the Stripe gateway along with the Customer details. We will then capture the payment using the Stripe gateway.

    How do I setup up the form to work like this?

    Hi Ron,

    You are right. The link to charge is only available in the form submissions page and through email. Unfortunately, there's currently no way you can forward this data to Stripe and charge your customer from there.

    I have submitted this thread to our developers as a feature request. I'm not sure if this is possible, but if there are updates, you should know it in this thread.

    So, for now, you should do it through email or the submissions page.

    @Ron

    Thanks for providing more information and for staying with us. While we can't provide you a definite time to when this feature will be available, we suggest to use the link provided by Jotform on your form submissions page or through email for now. I think clicking the link over email would be quite convenient instead of logging in to your Jotform account and check your form submissions page.

    By the way, just to clarify, when you open the charge link over email, it should not require you to login to Jotform. You will only be prompted if you want to process the charge as seen on this screencast.

    This feature is now available. Pending charge links are now included in the customer's object created on your Stripe dashboard.
