Where do my answers go to?

    Looking for forms that were filled out and have not received any emails yet.  Please help

    Hi,

    I checked your account and it looks like you have incomplete payments:

    If a user closes the browser or didn't settle the payment after being redirected to the Payment Page, this will be logged as an Incomplete Payments. It will only be posted as a valid submission if the user completed the Payment and was able to completely process the transaction.

    If the payments were successful, you may not have IPN enabled in your PayPal account:

    This is required to be enabled in order to properly process the submissions.

    You are also going to have some trouble with your email notifications.  I checked both your forms and the all of your notifications are missing a "Sender E-mail:" address:

    Change the "Sender Email:" field to "noreply@jotform.com" for all of your notifications and it should allow them to be sent properly.
