when I try to clone my form, the selection drop down menu has nothing to choose!, and I can not do futher action.

    I checked the only jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/52157155170955 on your account/username  kitxchange

    and I found that the form doesn't contain anything. It is just an empty form.

     

    I checked also the Revision History if perhaps the form had been revised, but I did not find any logs of modification for the form.

    Are you sure you have created the form under this account? Perhaps you have created it while not login to JotForm at the time.

    Unfortunately, I could not find any trace that you have created the form already.

    You probably need to create the form first, save, and then you can clone it again.
