Submission was not included in the integrated Google Spreadsheet

    I have another enquiry please, I note one of the submissions were not included on the integrated spreadsheet. I note this person added their name and last name in the name field as supposed to name in name field and last name in last name field. Could this be the reason or should I look for another trigger that could have caused this?

    The form is under my submissions and if I download all submissions as an excel sheet, it does show there too, just not on the integrated sheet. Does this mean I’ll have to do a comparison to ensure all my entries are on the integrated sheet, as I’ve shared this one with my Principal to work from?

    Basically what you were saying is like this.

    There was a submission in the form that does not appear in the integrated Google Spreadsheet, BUT it appears when the submission is downloaded as Excel file.

    Can you please tell us which submission it is on your form

    I know you have done the google spreadsheet re-integration process also for the form, but for another time, can you please redo the process again? Check afterwards if that missing submission now also appear on the Google Spreadsheet.

    We will wait for your updates.

    Thank you, yes it seems to be fine now, I just opened it again it the entry was there! I noticed all my conditional formatting was gone, it almost looks as if I did do the re-integration, even although I haven’t. We’ve had some server issues in the last couple of days, I wonder if it’s related to this?? Anyhow, it is fixed now and all seems well.
