I am try to use the existing form I created through html/css.

    I have the mock up and the form that already coded in html/css. The form already published. All I need is to get the database or the code to collect e-mails, and sent to them an automatic respond. Am I able to do that? kitxchange.com

    So basically, you have to create a form on the form builder. Then take your form embed code or you can use your form source code so you can customize the styles further.

    You can also integrate Jotform to your existing form, all you have to do is to take these part of your Jotform codes and replace or insert it on your custom form source code.
