Hi, I created a form several days ago, and now that I am confident that it will work for my use, I created an account so I could export the responses to csv.
So, how can I link the created form with my newly created account? I have the form ID number, just not sure how to do it, or if this is even possible without recreating the form.

The steps required to clone a form as outlined in this User Guide Article

I was afraid that was the only way, but that was pretty painless and worked perfectly.
One other question that I didn't see in the user guide. If I want to keep my account as a free account now, and upgrade if I need to for the submission quota (I'm not sure what sort of form response to expect yet), will submissions over my 100 quota before I login and upgrade the account be lost, or just unavailable until I upgrade?

All that happens is that your forms wont be able to take any new submissions until the turn of the new month. This is the message your form users would get:
You will be notified in advance via email if you are getting close to any of your submission limits for your forms in any particular month.
