How come some filled fields do not show up in the email submissionÉAsked by nickshort on August 04, 2015 at 10:49 PM
In the form reservations the date and time fields do not show up the filled in data when we receive the email. all other filled field information is there.
I did check your form's notification email template and found that the field name of the arrival date/time is not mentioned correctly. Please check the screenshot below:
It seems you edited the email template and then made changes to your form fields.
Please be noted that if you edit your email alert template, it becomes dirty. That means after editing email template, any changes you make in your form will not be reflected automatically in the email alert. You will have to manually make the changes (add removed form fields in email alert).
The best way to solve this problem is to delete the existing email alert of your form and add a new one. A new email alert will always have all the form field with correct field names. The following guide should help you:

Add new email alert: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
Hope this helps.
