I need my form to be able to generate a log in for users and submit the form and sent to certain emails

You can create a registration form but we do not advise that you create fields that ask for username or passwords. This is because it mimics a log in page that can be categorize as phishing forms which is not allowed, please check the "Phishing" section in our Terms of Use page. 

You can create a registration form but you'll need to manually generate the log in credentials in your end. You can also set email notifications to be sent automatically to the user who filled out the form by checking these guides:
