Everything was working well, then one form was deleted (I have rebuilt it - no problem), and the other form doesn't accept jpg uploads anymore. The error message is strange.

Your form seems to be fine here. I have tried replicating the issue but failed to do so. I was able to upload my files using Chrome 15, FF 8 and IE8 and successfully submitted the form without any error. Can you please try clearing your browsers cache and redo the steps? Or have you tried it on different browsers? Kindly update us, so that we can further assist you.

Thanks for the response.
I was able to fix the error by editing the form. I first removed the 'file upload' section of the form, then I simply replaced it (thereby resetting it), and then re-selected the filetypes I wanted to accept. I repeated this for each of the three upload sections of the form, and it worked!
I'm not sure where the original problem was coming from.
