Your servers are simply not serving IE8 and IE7 correctly on https.
Everything works fine.

To my knowledge, we do not support IE8 and below. So, there may be display problems and so on.

Just on IE8 and below, we do recommend using Chrome or FireFox, but if you still want to use IE8 to submit your secure form, you need to apply this workaround: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/968089
