Can we combine two accounts?

I have updated to the paid version. Now I would like to combine two separate accounts. Is this possible. The paid account is under Ukinmed. Both Emily Clevenger and Rachelle Aker have been using the free version and have created forms and collected submission. I would like to transfer these forms and submission under the new Ukinmed account. I have added Emily and Rachelle as sub users. I know I can share the forms but is there a way to access the submissions on Emily and Rachelle's forms from the Ukinmed account?

It is possible to move forms from one account to other. However request for moving forms from one account to other must come from owner of the forms. So in you case both Emily Clevenger and Rachelle Aker have to make request so that we can move forms from their account to your account.

Also they need to tell us ID of the forms they want us to move and username of account where they want forms to be moved.
