    Some of recipients do not receive form submissions

    Our form "Catering and Private Party Room" is not being delivered to all recipients. There are 6 people we have who should receive emails sent to Catering@ciccioswater.com and only two of them are receiving the submissions. I added one of their emails separately, pete@cicciorg.com, and sent two tests yesterday and he did not receive either. I had our IT guy look on the back end of our email, and he didn't see the messages in spam/junk or any where. Please advise.

    I have inspected your form http://www.jotform.us/form/33004836731146 and I noticed that you have lot of conditional email Notifications. I was able to find mentioned email addresses inside of Notification 4. However you have set conditional Email Notification to send email Notification 4 to two other email addresses.

    I would suggest you to add mentioned email addresses inside of conditional logic for Notification 4.

    I set this thread to private considering that a lot of emails are shown inside of this thread.
