    At the present your account is still on an Active premium plan, did you downgrade to this plan or are you intending to switch to the free plan?

    Kindly confirm the above

    Hi. I was gong back to the free.
    Usually I upgraded when we launch campaigns.
    Everyday demand is quite low.

    It seems that you have already cancelled your subscription from PayPal. Your account shall be downgraded to Free subscription plan by the next billing date. Please be noted that the pricing of our subscription plans are increasing very soon. Please see our pricing page for the plans that will be revised soon. If you continue with the current subscription plan now, you can lock the current pricing as long as you renew it. If you want to subscribe to a paid subscription plan later, you'll need to subscribe with the revised prices.
