I am having difficulty downgrading my account. I do not know my plimus username or password and dont believe I ever created one. I would like to return to the free service. Please indicate how this can best be done.

Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm, then enter it on the link below and enter the email address used in email. https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/forgot_password.jsp??designId=1
But you no longer need to do these. I have canceled your subscription for you. You will not get charged again. Your account status will stay Premium until subscription period expires, which is on December 19, 2011.
Feel free to resubscribe to us anytime. Or you can also take advantage of our year-end half price offer until December 31, 2011.
