Our customers using Explorer are not able to complete the form. Any ideas?

I have also tested your form http://www.jotform.us/form/50185137580151 in Internet Explorer 8 and your form is working.
I have also submitted your form and got redirected to PayPal.
Is that the form that is not working? If not, can you please provide us ID of your form? If you have embedded form to website please provide us URL of your website.
