Adding a signature to letter

I would like to add a signature to the letter the applicant receives.

Below are copies of the signature and letter. The signature is in your database. I just don't know how to upload it to the letter. The letter is the 2016 Letter of Invitation

Also, is there a way to move the text up on the letter. It seems to be sitting too low on the page.

To add the signature to the letter the applicant receives, you can edit the autoresponder email generating the letter and embed the signature image

Kindly provide the URL of the form to allow for further analyzing.

I tried to add the image, but the image, which is a signature, is on my desktop. I don't know how to get an address to embedd the image into the letter.

Can you help me with that?
