Change font size for the fields on my form

J'aimerais savoir comment changer le format (font size) dans les outils de forme?

I'm not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean say that you want to increase the font size for the labels? The Font options can be changed from the Form Designer. Open your Jotform in edit mode and click on Designer to open Form Designer.
