Bumping because I too am having this issue - the form looks wonderful in a browser, but absolutely horrid in Acrobat and Reader due to the drastic change in fonts. Are there any updates on this matter? Thanks.

UPDATE: We are excited to announce that we have just released the new version of JotForm PDF Editor.

    Hi,

The fillable PDF form is still a new feature of JotForm, and your feedback is important for us, this will help our developers to make improvements.

Could you tell us what part or section of your form are not having the same font? I cloned your form and checked it in my end, I see the header seem to be the same. However, the input text looks like "Times New Roman" while the online form uses "Helvetica". Could you confirm my observations? More details would help us escalate this to our developers to have it checked.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Charlie,

This is exactly as I see it; the header is fine, but the input text is a yucky Times New Roman whereas the online form uses Helvetica as described.

Your observations are exactly mine. I'm not the best at rearranging items in Acrobat and when you convert the font over from Times New Roman to Helvetica in Acrobat, it really distorts the alignment of the text with the form boxes.

Any help would be so appreciated.

    Thank you!

Thank you for the confirmation. I will forward this to our developers to have it checked as this is more related to the back end code that generates the PDF form.

We will update you on this thread when we hear any news.

Thanks for the update. I hope this can be remedied - your forms always look so great online, but once taken to PDF, it's just a massive change simply due to the font changing from modern to an old style. It also will consume much time having to rearrange everything to fit the changes generated by JotForm's PDF.

Thank you for the kinds words. Our developers are doing their best to improve the features, although some of them are very challenging and may take some time, but rest assure that they are aware of this.

Thank you! Very understandable that fine-tuning may be challenging and I appreciate the developers' efforts :)
