My customers are receiving error that the file is too large

I would like for my customers to be able to post pictures as well as videos but while using my phones keeps giving me file to large.  Please help.  Both laptop and mobile give me same error.

The error is shown based on the settings of your form. To change them and allow bigger files to be uploaded on your form, do check out this guide: Changing the Upload Size Limit
