What do you mean by do not get all the information?
Is there submissions that are not appearing? or is there fields missing on your submissions on JotForm?
or is it an issue with your email notiications?
- DHealdAnswered on December 19, 2011 at 03:53 PMI have add a couple of more questions to our form and change the date from 2010 to 2011. The questions are there when they fill out the form but once it is submitted to us the information is the old form information that we receive.

Is this on your email notifications?
You may need to recreate the email notification with the new fields that you have added to the form.
