I want that Terms and condition from my form is displayed inside of notification/autoresponder

1.  I've created a contract form in which I want to display (View Only) a scrolling text field that contains detailed contract terms and conditions.  Please refer to the Terms and Conditions section of the following form: http://form.jotform.co/form/52140245329852  As you will see, I've used the Short Scrollable Terms widget (by EltonCris).

This works fine except that I want the detailed Terms and Conditions (i.e. the full contents of the scrolling text field) to be included in my notification and auto-responder emails.  Currently, the emails simply state "Accepted".  

I'm open to using options other than the Short Scrollable Terms widget (I would actually prefer to have my 'confirmation' check box under the Terms and Conditions - which I can make a separate field).  I actually tried the Scrollable Text widget (also by EltonCris) but I could not get this to work.

How can I get the detailed Terms and Conditions wording to be displayed in a scrolling text field and also to included in my notification and auto-responder emails? 

If you want that text form your Terms and Conditions is shown inside of you Notification/Autoresponder, you can copy/paste that Terms and Conditions text inside body of Email Notification/Autoresponder Compose Email settings.

You can also set your PDF submissions to show headers or text. And then you can add PDF link of your submission inside of Notification/Autoresponder.
