Creating PDF forms

I'm having issues creating PDF forms from JotForm forms. I click "Create PDF form" in the dropdown, and get a small, 12-byte file (regardless of whatever form I try to download) that cannot be opened because it's "damaged." I don't get a pop-up with any of the selections seen in this documentation

    Help would be greatly appreciated!

I checked your jotform account/username csandoval  and I noted that you do not have any form yet under the account.

I assume then that your account must besub-account of another account.

The Create FIllable PDF Form will only work for forms that is under your own account. So, if you want to create a PDF Form for the specific form you are working on, you should add the form first to your account.

You can request from the main account to let you clone the form so that it will be copied to your account. Then, you can now create the PDF Form.

Hope this help. Let us know how we can be of further assistance.

    Thanks.
