Is there a way to rename the visual report based on the type of report it is?

for example, my school is going to use jotforms to collect informal observation data.  I would like to create a visual report for each of the learning domains.  However, I don't have the option to rename the visual report which will make it longer to find the specific report that I would need for data analysis?

I recommend you to create a form for each domain and create the reports accordingly, you can add headers to each of them.
