Can't access account/profile

    Hi JotForm,

    I can login to the front-end of my JotForm account, but when I try to access my SMUJotForm account link (under the person tab at the top) I am prompted to login again, but then told that my username is invalid (see attached). I've seen a number of these posts, but can't discern what I need to do.

    Can you help?

    There is no capital letters on your email account smujotform@gmail.com. You may enter your username which is "SMUJotForm" instead of entering the email address.

    If you have forgotten your password, simply click on Forgot password? link, the reset instruction will be send to smujotform@gmail.com.

    Hi BDavid,

    Well, not sure what happened, but I clicked on the person icon and the account link and it opened my account right up! I was already in the account, so didn't re-login. Not sure what you all did, but THANKS!
