For some reason, I can’t go to the revision history for any of my forms.Asked by ymcaclt on August 05, 2015 at 04:22 PM
For some reason, I can’t go to the revision history for any of my forms (see the screenshot attached ‘Observations – Revision History Missing’) but I am wondering on what day the form was changed. I remember that I changed all the ones in this format within about a week or less, after there was a request for the change, but the attachment ‘Preschool observations – Excel doc’ has submissions as late as May 20 without the matrix answers. Is there another way to see revision history for these forms?
We have a temporary glitch in the system, this has been fixed, please go ahead and try the revision history: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History
I have tried logging out and back in… I probably should try clearing the cache, but am afraid all my results before the change will vanish! Is clearing the cache what you would recommend as well?
You can clear your browser cache, and log in again, it should not affect anything in our system. :)
I have logged into your account to check, and I do see that there is a long revision history on your forms. After clearing your browser cache, please try looking at the form revision history again.
The dates on the left are expandable / collapsible, they hold all changes made on that date.
