jot-form-filler app no working

I tried confiogurar but I get an error message that the URL does not exist.

I tried the app with a few of my forms and it appears to not work properly. I checked the app and it doesn't look like it is supported. It was created by an independent developer so it is likely to not be updated. My apologies.

Just to add to this, you can pre-populate the form via the URL:

https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters

There is a link to an app in that guide that will create the URL for you.
