Form is Requiring Fields That Should Not Be Per Conditions

I have a form setup with conditions.  People are registering teams for a clays shoot.  If they only want to register one team, it should not require them to enter information for a second or third team.  The form was working fine, but has stopped working as such this afternoon.  It is now telling people that there are incomplete values and asking them to put information in for two and three teams, when they only want one.  I appreciate your help!

I did a test submission on your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. It was submitted successfully. I only choose one team and the form did not require me to enter information for second and third team. Can you try to clear you form cache and see if it helps? If the issue still persists, can you provide to us the browser version and device your clients are using to access your site where they encounter this error so we can further investigate the issue?
