conditional fields returns error on submissions

Our previous problem of the NEXT button has been fixed......we have a new problem however.  Now JOTFORM want everyone to complete the SCHEDULE PREFERENCE dropdown and the DUAL IMMERSION drop down for every grade level instead of Kindergarten for schedule preference and 1-4 for Dual Immersion.

5-12 should be able to submit without those options.....

Our sincere apologies. This was a problem related to the recent updates about validations on conditional fields but it has now been resolved so everything should be working fine by now.
