My account has been breached it used to be email@example.com now it's something else.
Please let us know how we should proceed.

I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. I also checked your account's "Activity logs" and it does not show that the account email address was changed recently.
Do you still have access to your account? It seems you are already logged in to your account while sending this support question. You can change your account profile email address and then change your account password again. Please check the screenshot below on how to change your account email address:
