Could you please explain what do you mean by there is no callback? At which step is the process failing, and which callback are you referring to?

    1. Do you mean that nothing happens on your form, http://www.jotform.us/form/51979218586169, when you press the PayPal / Submit button?

    2. Do you mean that, when you are redirected to PayPal, nothing happens on the PayPal page?

    3. Do you mean that you are not receiving any (email) notifications when payments have been successful?

Also, do we have your permission to try with some submissions on your form, so that we may reproduce the issue that you are experiencing?

If the issue is that PayPal is not calling back to JotForm to let us know that a payment has been processed, you can enable Instant Payment Notifications (IPN) on your PayPal or on your PayPal Pro account. Otherwise, your submissions may be ending up as Incomplete Submissions (more details on Paypal Incomplete Payments FAQ).

We will await your response. Thank you.

nothing happens, it doesn't go to paypal to get money and pull address then redirect user. I get notified the form was submit but doesn't show payment amount because it didn't go through.  Everything seems to be set up correctly but something must be off.

    1. Do you mean that nothing happens on your form,== when you press the PayPal / Submit button?

    CORRECT

    2. Do you mean that, when you are redirected to PayPal, nothing happens on the PayPal page?

I DONT EVEN GET TO PAYPAL.

    3. Do you mean that you are not receiving any (email) notifications when payments have been successful?

NOTHING RECEIVED WITH REGARDS TO PAYPAL BUT THE FORM CAME THROUGH WITH THE INFO PROVIDED ON THE INPUT FORM.

Kindly confirm that the API key and username are correct for the account you can also try using the normal Paypal payment widget as opposed to the express or pro widget
