SUBMIT button missing

    Hey

     

    The form http://form.jotform.me/form/50130907136446

    is unable to show the submit button. its only a recent problem and needs to be resolved quickly. Need help.

    The issue is caused by the conditions whose fields have been deleted, kindly delete these orphaned conditions and you button will appear correctly.SUBMIT button missing Image 1 Screenshot 20
