Charged 0.05 more for subscription

i have created the stripe subscription plan for 0.05( which is 3.19 rs ) . i have checked this with a active user with card details. plan is active but amount is not dedected...please revert back soon..

anyone please reply me ASAP..

I'm afraid that I do not fully understand what you mean by creating a subscription for 0.05. We do not have any plans that cost $0.05.

Our cheapest plan is $9.95 at the moment, until August 15 when it will be $19.00.

I have checked our Stripe dashboard, and on our end I can only see your payment of 9.95, made on Aug 1, 2015. It sounds likely that your bank may have charged you additional 5 cents processing fee, or a conversion fee if you had paid by using a different currency.

Our account has received only $9.95 on Aug 1, which is when you have been upgraded to Premium status. There are no other charges from our end at this time. Please let us know if we can assist you further.
