I am new to jotform and I decided to use one of your templates an edited it according to what I wanted. In the preview it looks as I expected but upon receiving my first submission the form has additional sections that do not show up in the preview or when editing? Part of it states that the client will pay no less than $100. This was a charity event and I am gifting the participants an image but wanted a model release so that I am able to share the images and use them in my business. This looks really bad on me... What is wrong? Have I missed something? I would appreciate a fast response as this form was already sent to the participants. Also, I am unable to see their signature?

    Thank-you,

    Valerie Visser

The reason why this happened Valerie is because of the emails that were already set up.

In the template there is an email notification set to send you an email with this data:

Lodging: In the event that Lodging is necessary in order to complete the agreed upon photo session the Client agrees to pay no less than $100.00 to the Photographer at the time of the session.

Now, that is why you saw it in the email notification.

Instead of that, I would actually suggest to delete that email notification and create a new one that matches what you want to send to yourself and the one sent to the people that filled out the form.

You can see more about this here:

Of course, if needed, we are here so just let us know :)
