How to do calculations in our form based on user selection and pass it to PayPal?

    Hi there!  I am working on a Dinner Registration form. 

    The reservation would allow 2 types of booking - Seat or Table.

    I would like to put check boxes next to "Seat" and "Table" and a respective Number/text box along side each option for member to enter the no. of Seat and/or Table they would like to book.

     

    ======================================================

    (CheckBox)  Seat       No. of tickets  (SeatNumber/textbox)

    (CheckBox)  Table      No. of tables   (TableNumber/textbox) 

    Total Calculation:  "Seat price" x "SeatNumber" + "Table price" x "TableNumber"

    ======================================================

     

    Then I would like add calculations to my form that calculates the total amount that needs to be paid. Payment can be made via PayPal so I would like to give them a total.
