I know I must be doing something wrong. Here are my forms:
http://www.jotform.com//?formID=52168004850147 ( this one might not be set up to email me as they just sign up for my blog, is there a way to know if they actually go to my blog)

When you use a 'Test Email' button the email alert is sent to the email address associated with your account, but when you submit the form, the email is sent to the specified Email Notification recipient(s). Please see the next guide.
Link clicks to not trigger emails, so you might consider redirecting the form users upon submission to your blog. Here is a quick animation.
