How can I print a completed form (contract) with all of the text that is included on the form?

    When I try to print a completed form right now, it only shows the fields that a client has filled out.  What about all of the clauses that they agree to?  Those don't show.  I would need to print a contract that shows exactly what they agreed to instead of just showing their name, date, and signature.  

    I've attached an example.  The only thing that shows to print is the client's name and information, nothing else in the contract like the clauses.How can I print a completed form (contract) with all of the text that is included on the form?  Image 1 Screenshot 20

    While viewing your submissions, there is an option to include headers and text in your submissions:
