Why did a jotform submission not make it to my linked google sheet??

    Hi there,

    We are hosting an event that required registration.  Our linked google sheet had been working perfectly until last week.  We had a participant claim that they had registered, but didn't show up in our google sheet (this is our worst nightmare....).  After I logged into jotform I was able to find that particular individual's registration information in the form responses (but it was never sent over to google sheets).

    This is making me very nervous....I'm not sure if I can trust Jotform link to google sheets.....

    We analyzed all the registration information and found that this participant was the only one which didn't make the link, everyone else showed up on google sheets.

    How can I make 100% sure everyone show's up on google sheets????

    Our apologies for this problem. But wanted to know if the recent ones showed up in the Google Spreadsheet? Those submissions after that particular person? Because if not, then there's an issue with the current integration.

    In most cases, the issue is caused by modifying the spreadsheet contents such as the headers and adding columns, modifying the form fields while the integration is connected as well as moving the spreadsheet file to the other location in your G.Drive folders.

    If the integration is not working anymore, we suggest redoing it again. A new sheet will be created with all the existing submissions from the form.

    We can assure you that the integration is 100% working, but if there are issues, just please let us know and we would be happy to submit it to our developers so they can investigate further and look at it to our backend.

    Thanks for your response.  The integration is currently working.  The one submission that didn't get to the sheet was on July 29th.  I was reading in other threads that there was a glitch on that day? Am I correct to assume that the integration may have failed us on that day?

    That's great to know. 

    Yes, possible that the issue is connected to that since you have it working after that particular submission. 

    Anyways, please make sure to let us know if you notice some issues so we can check it right away and let our developers know it.
