Could you please give us the link to the page on your website where the form is embedded so that we can better understand the issue Gabriel?

Once we see it and the issue, we would be able to offer further advice on how to resolve the same as well.

Can you please try to use the iframe code instead of that embedding code? The reason seems to be a conflict on your website that causes you to experience that issue - while it is working properly for me - iframe should set it to work for everyone.

You can see here how to add it to your website:

How to get the jotform iFrame Code

If you continue to experience the same thing, do let us know and we will help you set it up so that it is no longer cut off (iframe embed code allows us to custom fit the height of the form when needed)

I took a look on this page: http://eyesondubai.com/air-ticket-bookings/ and it seems that you are still using js embed code: http://form.jotformpro.com/jsform/51114527704953 and I can see conflicts on it, although it is working OK for me.

On your other page: http://eyesondubai.com/visa-application-form/ I can see the iframe code and there are no conflicts any more.

I would only change the code there to this one:

    <iframe frameborder="0" width="300" height="150" scrolling="no" src="https://secure.jotform.me/form/51001195753448" style="width: 100%; border: medium none; height: 1200px;" id="JotFormIFrame"></iframe>

    - I have removed the script part since it gets commented out and set the height to not take too much space on your website, so do try it out and let us know how it works for you.

If it works properly, do the same (grab an iframe embed code for the other form) and we can help you with the final touches.

You can change the embed code to either allow for the max height of the form or allow for scrolling.

    <iframe frameborder="0" width="300" height="150" scrolling="no" src="https://secure.jotform.me/form/51001195753448" style="width: 100%; border: medium none; height: 1200px;" id="JotFormIFrame"></iframe>

Adjust the value for the height of your frame or change scrolling="no" to scrolling="yes".
