Feedback about Previous JotForm Error Message

    Last evening entries to my JotForm produced an error message, causing several of my employees to not be able to enter their transactions on the JotForm template.  

    JotForm's response that it was caused because of an update.

    This is the second time that this particular issue happened, but at another time when an update was made the format of the excel downloads was changed, which caused havoc in our Access Database and necessitated re-programming.


    I now have to manually recreate the entries that could not be entered.

    For the most part we are very happy with JotForm as a vehicle for my crew to record timesheets - but I would like to request that when updates are made to your system that it is thought through to make sure the only impact to your clients is a positive one.

    We understand what you mean and we also do sincerely apologize about any inconveniences that any of this might have caused you. We are very grateful for the above feedback about our platform and it was not our intention for any of the errors to occur which is why our devs did their best to fix the problem straight away so as not to be an inconvenience to anyone of our users for too long. In most cases our devs do their best to ensure against and prevent these sorts of issues so that it doesn't happen again in the future as best they possibly can.
