How use PayPal to pay for order total generated by another payment tool?

I'm using the purchase order payment tool to collect the complicated details of my customers' orders.  My simplest example, which is in development now:

Customers will sometimes want to pay via check and other times want to use PayPal to pay via credit card or bank transfer.

When they elect to pay via check, I can present a submit button to email the order details to the business owner and instruct the customer on how to direct the check.

When they elect to pay through PayPal, I want to present a PayPal submit button, pass the purchase order total along to PayPal when the button is pressed, and send the email if the PayPal transaction is successfully completed.

In other words, I would conditionally present the "check method" submit button or the "PayPal method" submit button.  For the latter, I would define the purchase order total as the amount to be passed to PayPal.

As you know, Jotform doesn't allow you to use more than one payment tool on a form. Sooooo, how can I achieve my objective?

    Thanks for your help.

In that case, I would suggest configuring your product items using Dropdown field which is the ideal so you can ask the quantity as the options. So, meaning, individual fields and then one field per sub-product item. Example:

    White Visor with Black Logo

    Black Visor with White Logo

    Or, use our inventory widget:

Then calculate the total (including the quantity) using our calculation widget:

Then send the total to Paypal integration:

You can then add a conditional logic whether to show the Paypal field or the Text field for Check Payment Instructions:

Let us know if you need further assistance implementing this to your form.

I used your multi-payment form approach:

    It works well.
