Need to allow access for other users to the forms I've created.

I created several forms using the free version of JotForm and then eventually upgraded to a paid version of the product. At that time, I granted access for 3 additional users in my department at work. However, we are unable to determine how the additional users can have access to my forms.

I also need help changing the email notification address from me to one of the other users in my department. The URL for one of the forms I created is provided below.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

To give them access to forms and submissions, share the forms with them as a sub-user:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

You can do so from your account settings.

In order to change your recipient email addresses please refer to our user guide on How to send notifications to multiple email addresses

Need to allow access for other users to the forms Ive created Screenshot 20

The process of changing a single recipient email address on your form notifications is just the same on that user guide.
