The form does not come up in explorer and sometimes in other browsers too!!!! (I set up a temporary work around for when it does not show but this needs an answer) Thank you!

Do you mean to say that the form is not displaying on your webpage? I've checked your webpage on different browsers including Internet Explorer and seems to be working fine.
Please try clearing the browser cache by following the steps provided in the guide below to see if that helps.
Not sure what workaround has been setup, but if you can provide us with more information on how to reproduce the issue, browser used, etc so that we would be able to help you further.
