My assistant is using my jotforms her computer, yet my password will not work for her? Why not?

    I understand that your assistance is using your Jotform account to work with the forms and unable to login. The password remains the same for the account irrespective of the computer you are trying to login. If you have forgotten your password, you may request for a password reset from the login screen.

    Also, we recommend to create a sub-user to share your JotForms for editing or viewing submissions. Please refer to the following guide for more information on sharing forms.
