Files getting uploaded in individual folders on drive

    Hi team,

    This is Rajan here from We are planning to purchase the professional plan. However one issue we have is in the file upload option which I tried, every form submission and uploaded file gets into its own new sub-folder. We need to have it all under on folder with the uploaded files and the form data in one sheet. Can you please help me with this?

    Hi Rajan,

    The main structure of the Google Drive Integration is the following:

    1 is your Drive Main Folder

    2 is your Google Drive Integration Main Folder

    3 is your Submission Folder


    Unfortunately, there is currently no way you can dump submission files to the Main Folder (2). You have to access the Submission Folder (3) to view the submission data which is in PDF format and the uploaded files.
