    Simply inject the following custom CSS codes in your form:

    .form-all {

        margin-left: 0px;

    }

    Adjust the value if necessary.

    Here's how to inject the codes to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes. Add the codes the bottom.

    For the box width, you can adjust that in the form builder. Click the field, set the size value at the toolbar:

    Thanks

    Here's the guide on how to inject the custom CSS codes: http://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes. But I just did it for you. Kindly check it. If it's not showing right, please let us know the link here so we can check and adjust the codes.

    Thanks

    Excellent! Thank you. I have tried to use the link you sent me, but I couldn’t find the place to insert the code. Everything is ok now since you did it for me. Thank you.

    Hi,

    On behalf of my colleague, you are welcome. I have attached a screenshot showing where to inject the CSS codes in case you need to insert a CSS code again.

    Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Regards.
