I have recently built another form with Jotform.
Everything appears to be working correctly, but when the form has been submitted it is not received. It appears to go to whatever email address is entered into the box.
When the client types in their email address and clicks 'Submit' the form is sent to the address that they entered, rather than the address of the person who built the form.
The address I'd like the completed form(s) to be returned/submitted to is:
Please advise where I am going wrong.
Your support is greatly appreciated.

Currently the email set up on your form is an autoresponder. Meaning that whenever the form is submitted this email will be automatically sent as a response to the submitter.
It sounds like you are wanting a notifier email so that you will be notified when the form is submitted.
Please take a look at this guide as it will walk you through setting up a notifier email.

Thank you for your prompt assistance.
I have made the suggested changes from Autoresponder to Notifier.
The form(s) completed by the submitter, are now successfully received.
However, the submitter also receives a copy of the submitted form.
Is this correct, or should the submitter be receiving a 'Thank you'
response or similar message?

Any notifications or autoresponders set up in your form will trigger when a submission is completed:
If you delete "Auto Responder 1", the users filling our your form will no longer receive an email. In either case, they will get the thank you page when they complete their submission.
