I'm not receiving email notifications anymore.

    Hi,

    I have my order form setup with you all, and in the past I received and email notification whenever someone submitted a new form. Recently this has changed, and I stopped receiving the emails. This is problematic since the forms that are being submitted are orders, and I don't know to fulfill the orders because I don't know that they are coming in. Please help

    Do you have the URL/ID of the form that this is happening on?

    Your email service provider rejected our emails so your email address was added to our bounce list as undeliverable.

    I have forwarded this issue to our developers to get your email address removed from our bounce list.

    Your email was also on our Bounce list, and I have removed it right now.

    Hello I also do not seem to be receiving email notifcations (although I was before) - ben@popgod.co.uk.

     

    I have also tried to get the different forms I have set up to be sent to different email addresses (e.g. quote@ or contact@) but they seem to default back to ben@ each time Ichange it - is this because this is how I log in (as ben@popgod.co.uk) and is there a way to modif this?

    Hello Ben.  Did you click the Save button after editing your e-mail notifications? Have you also checked your spam folder if your e-mail notifications have landed there?

    I noticed also that there are forms with existing email notification addresses going to contact@... are you receiving notifications to that e-mail address?

    If not, can you contact your service provider and check if they can whitelist these IP addresses:

    174.34.57.214
    174.34.57.216
    174.34.57.218
    174.34.57.219
    208.117.50.251

    Thanks for your response. The forms all look to be setup properly and I
    have tested them again today but still no email notifications (even
    though I have received them in the past).
    I have also contacted my email provider who confirmed that your ip
    addresses could not be added to any white list (as this is something
    they do not provide) and I have very limited configuration options on my
    anti spam settings - so I am a little lost as to what to do next?
    I dont understand how i was receiving them (to ben@popgod.co.uk) but now
    I am not - any more ideas?

    Add:  I forgot to ask, may I get confirmation that you have checked your spam folder if the alerts landed there?

    I have relaxed all my antispam settings and it seems to have done the
    trick. Thanks again for your help - and hopefully this will have
    resolved the issue.
