I am getting the following message on explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.
Cannot read form information. Try reloading the page. You will probably need to use a different browser (such as Firefox). There seems to be a bug with the Internet Explorer version you are using.
This is happening for all our forms but here is one as an example:

I was not able to reproduce the problem from my side. Could you please try to clear cache and cookies in your browser and try it again? You may also try to check the submissions through https://secure.jotform.com/ to see if that makes any difference for you.
